I'd like the option to exclude time outside of office hours for reports on response times and similar reports so that those reports to include time that the office is closed for business.

It will be usefull if customer can track their ticket at their own portal, this gonna be a game changer imagine if we have client that has long project with us, they wanna see their ticket back and forth, for now they need to search in their email inbox, if there is ticketing portal, they just login and see all their previous ticket.

When generating reports, it would be nice to be able to set specific time frames (business hours for example) so that you get a more-accurate reporting of your first response time and resolution time.

It would be very useful to optionally be able to have a field where we could assign project tasks to a Milestone. We'd need to be able to maintain a list of milestones (each milestone is basically a name and optionally a start date and end date) and also be able to include milestones in the filtering mechanism. This would allow us to organize sprints or iterations or releases and plan work accordingly.

Currently, DoneDone defaults a number of filters on all task/conversation listing pages like assignee, customer, status, priority, due, tags, search, etc. Make this customizable so accounts can decide which filters should always be available and which should always be hidden (i.e. in the + dropdown list).
