For direct mailbox connections, you can now control exactly which emails are allowed into DoneDone.
What’s new:
- Block List: Anything matching a blocked email, domain, or filter is always ignored.
- Allow List: When enabled, only emails matching your allowed filters will come through.
For example, you could connect it@yourcompany.com and only allow emails from yourcompany.com. Your team can submit IT requests by email, while messages from outside the company are automatically ignored.
