Workflow Automations are now live!

You can now automate what happens when a task or conversation moves into a specific status by:

Automatically setting a due date after a status change

Automatically adding one or more Checklist Templates to help standardize your team's process

For example:

Move a conversation to Open and automatically set a due date 2 days later.

Move it to Pending and attach your "Support Checklist."

Add different checklists based on each stage of your workflow to ensure nothing gets missed.

It's a simple way to reduce repetitive work and keep every task or conversation following the same process.
